Victorian Trim

This project involved trimming the transition from a new addition to a “Victorianized” 1830’s New England farmhouse. It was not uncommon in rural New England to “update” the look of a home as new styles trickled out from urban areas. This house is said to have been updated in the late 1890’s. The addition was built during 2008-2010. There were preexisting elliptical headed openings that provide the profiles used in the new work. DSC03531 DSC03536 DSC03545 DSC03547 DSC03542
